I. THE RESPONSE OF KINDNESS
In the New Testament, kindness is usually a translation of hesed – the Old Testament term indicating faithfulness to a relationship. Kindness is an act of loyalty – loyal love – treating people the way you want to be treated.

2) Choosing to define good on __
3) Choosing to __ but lacking the inner quality
4) Choose to be good as __
What does goodness look like?
“Barnabas was called a good man, full of the Holy Spirit and faith...” - Acts 11:24
“If there is not education of men’s purpose, if there is no ethical basis at the foundation of education, then the more we know, the smarter villains and livelier crooks we may be. Knowledge is ethically neutral.” – Robert C. Cabot
How can we nurture goodness in our hearts?
