Rewire: Rethinking How You Think
When used of our thought life, the dictionary defines rewire as “to make lasting and usually beneficial changes to the neurological or psychological functioning of a person or brain.” Let’s face it – our minds are bombarded by issues, stressors, distractions, fears, ideas and so much more. We’ve been called to have the mind of Christ, but how do we do that while processing so many pieces of life? We need to learn how to rewire our minds by recognizing root issues, reframing how we capture these thoughts and renewing our minds to think biblically. We’ll tackle common concerns like worry, depression and purity. And while dismantling some stereotypes and stigmas, we'll learn preventative measures to maintain the right frame of mind.
