Seeking the Lost
THE FATHER’S HEART
Luke 15:11-32

Jesus told three powerful parables in Luke 15 on the lost son, the lost coin, and the lost sheep. All of them are reminders of the Father’s heart toward those who are away from Him. The church has been called to meet the world in its lostness. We have a loving Father who loves the lost, the prodigal, the wayward, the forgotten, and the forsaken. As we think about what God has called us to be and do in 2020, these messages are a good reminder of our priorities if we want to live out the heart of Jesus and His Father. In the last message, we looked at the parable of the lost coin and examined whether we truly love the lost and are willing to pay the price to reach them.
