Children Go Where I Send Thee
YOU CAN RUN, BUT YOU CAN'T HIDE
Jonah is an honest look at a prophet who was asked by God to share the gospel with a group of people he hated. He was all in favor of God judging them, but he resented the fact that God might save them. What do you do when God's call makes you uncomfortable? What do you do when God changes the paradigm, challenges the status quo, and stretches you out of your comfort zone? In the ?rst message, we looked at God’s call to Jonah and Jonah’s response. We talked about our tendency to turn a deaf ear and resist the Lord, especially when His call is difficult or uncomfortable. Our hearts are right when we want what God wants, and He will lead those who are willing to follow Him.
