Humanity is captivated by grand adventures, hidden treasures, and stories of human triumph. It’s the stuff of legend. As much as we love a good adventure, it can feel like we’re always watching someone else’s adventure and not our own. But God invites each of us into a life of adventure with Him. When we seek God and pursue Him in daily matters (prayer, Scripture, circumstances, decisions, trials, finances, etc.), He guides us through epic battles of good and evil, shows us the power of faith, reveals Himself in deeper ways, and includes us in His kingdom work. Life is transformed into a quest with God where danger and delight are at every turn. But this type of life is not guaranteed for everyone; it’s reserved for those who truly seek Him. Join us as we study how pursuing God leads to the adventure of a lifetime.

Ezra 8:21-23
Then I proclaimed a fast there at the river of Ahava, that we might humble ourselves before our God to seek from Him a safe journey for us, our little ones, and all our possessions. For I was ashamed to request from the king troops and horsemen to protect us from the enemy on the way, because we had said to the king, “The hand of our God is favorably disposed to all those who seek Him, but His power and His anger are against all those who forsake Him.” So we fasted and sought our God concerning this matter, and He listened to our entreaty. – Ezra 8:21-23

Psalm 34:4-8
I sought the Lord, and He answered me, and delivered me from all my fears. They looked to Him and were radiant, and their faces will never be ashamed. This poor man cried, and the Lord heard him and saved him out of all his troubles. The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him and rescues them. O taste and see that the Lord is good; how blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him!
